Happy New Year! (fingers crossed for a better one)

Well just like that another year has come and gone. 2020 was a bit of a whirlwind to say the least, I am lucky to still be playing music full time and still be healthy in comparison. Covid 19 affected the whole world and I’m not sure things will ever be the same again honestly. I miss live music, seeing my friends, sitting in on their sets, going to touring shows and dancing the night away so much. But again I am lucky to still be playing 3-6 gigs a week, no you can’t dance at any of them, and you shouldn’t even drink and walk at the same time, but you can come see me perform live music from a distance with a mask on.

This new year will have some more ups and downs I am sure, but fingers crossed that these current residency’s I have stay put. You can now come see me every whiskey Wednesday night at Boondocks Patio and Grill. They have great food and a great big patio where the tables have been spaced out and sanitized between each guest. Its a very comfortable and safe environment for this post cover world we live in. You can see me set up in the giant chair taking your requests from 8pm-11pm every week.

Thursday Late Night you can come find me in Old Town Scottsdale at the Philadelphia Sandwich Company starting at 10pm. Yes this is a late night gig for all the industry peeps and night owls like me, and they serve up the best philly Cheesesteaks in AZ all the way to 2am every night! Since I started performing there they have added a few of my friends like Jake Dean on Friday nights, Evan Berg on Sunday nights and Dude Babe on Monday nights. This past year PSC has become like a second home to me where I feel very comfortable to play all sorts of music and even improvise a good amount which makes for a fun night every Thursday!

And I am very happy and excited to be the full time resident musician at Loco Patron in Old Town Scottsdale every single Friday night from 6-10pm on the patio. These guys have a great selection of drinks, craft beers, and delicious food, including the best cheese curds in town. I love everything about this spot from the staff to the food to the location and of course the music ; )
